A reputable FinTech company is seeking to hire a Talent Management & OD Section Head:

Who will be responsible for planning, organizing and facilitate various talent management & OD activities such as performance management, learning and development and will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.
• Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
• Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers.
• Anticipate the organization’s future and work with the executives to advice on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success.
• Update organization structure and JDs.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior managerial roles.
• Ensuring that the onboarding process is in place effectively.
• Assisting in developing all departmental objectives and develop departments KPls.
• Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal system.
• Monitoring and reporting on staff turnover rates.
