A reputable FinTech company is seeking to hire a Talent Management & OD Section Head:
Who will be responsible for planning, organizing and facilitate various talent management & OD activities such as performance management, learning and development and will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers.
- Anticipate the organization’s future and work with the executives to advice on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success.
- Update organization structure and JDs.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior managerial roles.
- Ensuring that the onboarding process is in place effectively.
- Assisting in developing all departmental objectives and develop departments KPls.
- Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal system.
- Monitoring and reporting on staff turnover rates.
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in talent management or a related field.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage and lead change initiatives within an organization.Master's degree preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
