- Responsible for mechanical tender/estimation activities and procurement ensuring timely, competitive, and high-quality tender submission.
- Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
- Proceed with mechanical procurement - subcontractors/suppliers contracts.
- Provides feedback on the performance of Subcontractors to determine whether or not they should be approached to provide their offers for future tenders.
- Reviewing the contractual and legal tender terms and conditions.
- Know about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers.
- Preparing Material Submittals.
- Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate purchase agreements with them.
- Procure equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality and specification requirements.
- Procure materials and subcontract promptly within the approved budget cost.
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program.
- Identifying potential risks.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
