Responsibilities:Scaling up!For the expansion of our commercial activities, we are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to support our international growth amongst (academic and teaching) hospitals and nursing colleges. This sales position involves prospecting, supported by a digitized funnel process, and developing and closing contracts in the GCC. You will be a member of a growing international commercial team. Responsibilities:The role requires an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’, and ‘hands-on’ mentality. You will be developing and growing with us!You will lead Incision’s sales efforts and ‘go-to-market’ in your territoryYou will set, own, and deliver sales by making volume and velocity targetsYou will contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customersYou will be based in Cairo, Egypt, and travel up to 50% to MEA counties.Qualifications:What you will bring & learn5-10 years of sales experience in the hospital/operating theater sector, ideally acquired at a medical device company located in the GCC regionDemonstrated successful sales track record in a multinational corporationRegional experience in GCC is a must and other regions are a plusExcellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with an international team including Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales, and Customer SupportResults-driven with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in working with CRM systemsWell-suited for a dynamic scale-up environment and a valued member of our teamBusiness fluent in EnglishYou will learn and develop rapidly in an inspiring, highly energetic team of healthcare entrepreneurs and medical/surgical professionals
