Role Description
As BIM coordinator, you will support our team during design development and coordination of healthcare projects from design stage to construction reviewing, marking-up and running and review clash detection analysis on models as part of the coordination, review and marking up of drawings and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously develop the Company’s BIM system components, personnel, and workflow
- Create and customize Revit families and templates
- Trouble shooting and issues resolution
- Periodically Run Clash detection tests and identify and coordinate with related engineers
- Create and Customize dynamo scripts
- Attend BIM sessions with clients and contractors
- Create BEPs and BIPs according to ISO and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering3+ years of experience with certified training for this position, preferably within the healthcare projects sector.Fully aware of MEP systemsExpert in Revit, Navis works, DynamoExcellent Organizational skillsStrong multitasking and time management skills.Communication skills that support the team working environment (written/verbal)Excellent in English language (written/ verbal).Ability to present his/her work and represent the firm in meeting.Good interpersonal skills.
