- Deal with social & medical insurance organizations, and labor office for any employment documentations
- Handles terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law and their performance.
- Maintain documentation, including staffing, training, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Double-checking all personnel documents, as well as the accuracy of personnel records & recruitment application.
- Prepares any needed personnel data or documents for the HR head and section heads.
- Prepare all newcomers’ contracts and ensure all employment documents are accurate & completed.
- Communicate with current & past company employees in all inquiries related to contracts, code of conducts, and documents withdrawal.
- Prepares reports for the section heads/ managers with contract statuses, and employees’ present & missing documents.
- Prepares monthly reports with employees’ attendance, vacation days, and absence days.
- Assists in updating the company’s employees’ database, and assures the provided data are all accurate.
- Follow up with employees’ attendance & commitment and inform concerned managers & heads in case any of employee’s abnormal attendance or cutting off work.
- Provide support to management and staff by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and assisting employees on any personnel inquiry regarding vacations, attendance, and employment documents.
- Handle all disciplinary actions and warning notifications when needed
