Online B2B Assistant Contract Manager - Hotels

The online B2B assistant contract manager will support in establishing and managing partnerships with hotels to sell their inventory online. You will assist in negotiating and updating contracts that allow customers to book hotel rooms on our platform.


- Research and evaluate potential hotel partners for inventory partnerships- Participate in commercial discussions to determine contract terms and conditions - Assist with drafting and structuring hotel supply contracts- Review contracted room types, rates, allotments and last room availability  - Help hotels configure their inventory and channels on the booking platform  - Ensure contract rates and room availability is updated accurately on the platform- Monitor key contract dates including signing, amendments and expiration- Prepare analytical reports on hotel contract performance and revenue deliverySkills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preffered  - 1-3 years experience with hotel contracting processes , especially for the online B2B- Understanding of hotel inventory distribution models - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Great attention to detail with analytical abilities  - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, contract management systems
