- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to adevise the right strategy for E-commerce and online sales.
- Lead the ecommerce branding exercise from strategy to execution.
- Utilize social media networks to market for and drive conversion to the ecommerce platform(s)
- Manage all content including the product catalog and collateral on the ecommerce platform in multilingual format to support sales and marketing.
- Ensure that the ecommerce platform is in line with industry standards and best practices to properly reflect the nature of the company and being at the forefront of this industry.
- Manage the online sales operation and fulfillment including stock control, payment security, delivery to customer and all customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchase.
- Analyze traffic and key performance indicators and the effectiveness of marketing strategies to define product roadmap & refine startegy.
- Responsible for the regular updates of products stocks in online store and all relevant platforms.
- Manage all daily operations of the online sales.
- Manage the e-commerce order Tracking and shipping cycle.
- Handling all Make necessary reviews and follow-ups of the customer returns.
- Full handling of the online distribution stores like Jumia, Amazon and Souq.
- Monitor and follow up on the payments from different sources such as payment gateways and delivery centers.
