• Provide up-to-date budget tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting to ensure we are spending our Marketing budget in line with strategic goals and business objectives, putting appropriate controls in place to manage the budget.
• Work across the Marketing team to ensure effective and timely invoice management and budget planning.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns' efficiency, identify areas of improvement, and perform post-assessment for each marketing campaign.
• Partner with key stakeholders to support marketing needs.
• Follow up with the Finance team to ensure that no payments are due.
• Manage the marketing contracts between our vendors & legal department as a central point of contact.
• Working with business owners to produce budgets, develop forecasting and budgeting schedules.
• Identify opportunities for reducing marketing costs and improving efficiencies.
• Data consolidation from multiple sources on a monthly basis.
• Present budget performance updates periodically.
• Support in planning the annual marketing budget.
