Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within specified deadlines and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinate resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
- Track project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Mentor and coach project team members as needed.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a related industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.Solid organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software/tools.PMP certification (preferred but not required).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
