- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA programs.
- Implement automation solutions for process control and monitoring.
- Ensure seamless communication between PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, etc.
VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Parameterization:
- Configure VFDs for advanced applications.
- Optimize motor control and energy efficiency using VFDs.
Servo Systems Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to servo motors and drives.
Electrical Drawings and Documentation:
- Read and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
- Prepare system manuals and documentation for maintenance and troubleshooting.
Components Selection:
- Select appropriate electrical components (Controllers, Modules, sensors, relays, etc.) based on project specifications.
- Consider factors such as reliability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements and Cost Estimation:
- Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements.
- Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, commission, and maintain electrical equipment, including PLCs, SCADA, Instrumentation, and actuators.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related problems.
Sensors and Process Controllers:
- Handle different types of sensors (Flow, Pressure, Encoder, etc.).
- Familiar with different PID process controllers.
Coordination and Follow-Up:
- Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other team members.
- Ensure timely task execution and adherence to quality standards.
