- Create 3D designs.
- Work cooperatively.
- Become proficient with computer-aided design software.
- Produce high-quality programming for Biesse CNC Router.
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
- Modify existing programs for Biesse CNC machine
- Maintain tooling database
- Make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
Bachlor's degree in Engineering or relative field.Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.Extensive experience with computer modeling software.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.Must have minimum of 2 years experience using a CNC Router required.1 year experience programming CNC Routers
