· Interprets and analyzes data and competitor information
· Develops brands’ short and long term strategies and positioning for each EFGs’ sub-brand
· Creates impactful marketing plan through understanding consumer barriers and triggers
· Writes the marketing brief for all campaigns on EFGs’ sub-brands
· Works on sales evaluation reports based on collected data
· Manages agency to ideate on and creates campaigns for new launches and to increase brand visibility
· Leads category management projects to accelerate category and company brand performance
· Analyzes customer focused insights and recommendations regarding shopper behavior, ranging, merchandising and promotions
· Develops the media strategy of EFGs’ sub-brands
· Develops the brand architecture for new sub-brands across product launches
· Manages Digital & Engagement teams to create consumer journeys
· Liaise with the sales team to develop the brands and in executing strategic priorities
· Leads new product development
· Increases category market share as well as category revenue growth
· Measures effectiveness of brand and impact on business goals
· Educate cross functional teams on marketing design, campaign briefs and business reports
· Makes forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
· Assumes responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
