Admin Assistant

· Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

· Serve as a point of contact between university departments, external agencies, and the public.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

· Manage and maintain files, records, and reports related to office activities.

· Assist in organizing university events, conferences, and meetings.

· Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion.

· Support in project management and special initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or executive setting.· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, students, and external stakeholders.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.· Discretion with handling confidential information.Working Conditions:Job Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo.Work Environment: Office-Based.
