• Receives the List of all the newcomers from admissions, revises the
documents of each case and follows-up to complete the student’s files.
• Supports students in the registration process, ensures that no clashes in
class timings and applies class schedules on the related systems.
• Receives the list of students passing to the next year and keeping track of
any outstanding financial amounts.
• Issue students’ certificates, transcripts, and enrolment letters.
• Handles with the University clinic the process of Sick leaves and excuses for
undergraduate students.
• Familiar with handling & organizing Military Education and its rules and
forms.
• Implement course substitution, drop/ add, and repeat requests for the
students.
• Implementing and enforcing the business school academic regulations and
policies.
• Prepare statistical lists to senior management (students on hold,
registration statistics etc.…).
• Able to participate in recruitment activities such as Open Days, Education
fairs & Employment fairs, and to support other Registry activities in a
professional and flexible manner.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students, their
parents, teachers, and advisors independently and in a timely and
professional manner.
• Coordinates assignments, case studies and projects on portal between
Instructors and students.
• Handle students' inquiries & requests.
Knowledge in various certificates calculations is a plus.
• Familiar with Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education rules & regulations.
• Handles the student scholarships and updates the finance department with
student discounts.
• Supervises the English placement exam cycles and manage their logistics
and communication (internally and externally).
• Responsible for the coordination, evaluation, and certification of all
graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process.
• Performs any other duties that might be assigned by the direct Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.• Maximum of 1-3 years of experience in Admissions & Student affairs in a university.• Experience in Educational Institutes is preferable. • Fluent in English written and spoken.• Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).• Experience using a student information system and/or another type of database (SIS & LMS).• Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage a large volume of information with accuracy and precision, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.• Strong oral and written communication skills with strong conflict and problem-resolution skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.• Possess excellent customer service and presentation skills.
