SaaS Sales Manager

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base and meet company objectives.
  2. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  3. Manage and lead a sales team to reach company growth targets.
  4. Grow the sales team: will facilitate and direct the hiring and training of sales account managers.
  5. Create and monitor sales budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
  6. Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and expenses.
  7. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  8. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  9. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs 
  10. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  11. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  12. Handling and resolving customer complaint, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  13. Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

Bachelor degree in business administration, tourism or related field.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Software Sales Manager.Demonstrated experience in the SaaS industry is essential.Proven background in selling software to the tourism and travel agent sector.Excellent Mentoring, Coaching and people management. Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
