Artificial Intelligence and Data Innovation Office Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Manage and oversee research projects in collaboration with external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate all phases of research activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to meet project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to research teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and address concerns.
- Integrate research findings into actionable insights with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve research processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in Data Analysis and model building under the guidance of the senior data scientists.
- Contribute to the organization and management of data and code.
- Support the implementation of data governance and data quality standards.
- Perform any related duties as required by the direct supervisor
- This job may require working variable shift hours as determined by the department's needs.
Education and Professional Experience (essential minimum requirement):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or Engineering, CIS, Industrial engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Graduate degree/diplomas/coursework in data science highly preferable.
- Preferable to have one year of experience in coordination, project management, or administrative roles within a technology or healthcare setting.
- Preferable to know Artificial intelligence and language models.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
