Responsible for supporting sales executives as a key member of the Sales Operations team. Collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager, Sales Supervisors, and Sales Representatives to deliver administrative support that optimizes the team’s performance. Will assist in sales administrative duties in the areas of sales, documentation, and customer engagement programs. Provide outstanding customer service and help the sales team meet their targets.

Skills

·        Verify all sales deal documents which subject for approval.

·        Monitor the reservations of each Sales Consultant on daily basis.

·        Follow up with Sales Executives in regards to all sales documents related.

·    To be the communication channel between Sales Coordination Department and other Depts./Sections/Managements (Showrooms, New Cars Delivery, Traffic Dept., IT, Insurance, Logistic, PDI, Banks & finance companies.

·     Provide Sales Management with daily reports such as Lost Sales, Trade-In, Traffic Registration, PDI and Comprehensive Insurance.

·        Assist in sales administrative duties in the areas of sales, documentation, reporting and data integrity.

·        Act as the key point of contact for sales team: helping to implement best practices, and actively support preparing the right documentations.

·        Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of processes.

·        Follow all issues related to sales to ensure rapid response and to bring attention to critical issues.

·        Making insurance of the cars sold with preparing police documents.

·        Request all units to PDI.

·        Ensure all trade-in cars is being transferred to AABC name.

·        Create Leasing contracts and EZIflow.

·        Coordinate with credit control dept for all related approvals and requirements.


Coordinate with delivery team by submitting the customer deal with all related documentations.
