Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with local laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the management team and employees to ensure the attraction, retention, and development of talent and the creation of a positive work environment. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to build effective relationships with employees and management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
