Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles, bath, or sanitary industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of tiles, bath, and sanitary products.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
