  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospects who have already been introduced to our offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team, providing valuable feedback.
  • Participate in boat shows and events.
  • Enter and update data in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working on weekends to accommodate members needs.
  • Willing to travel or relocate.


Skills

  • Must be fluent in English language and must be Arabic Native speaker (Mandatory! otherwise your application will be abandoned)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience. (Mandatory).
  • Possess a Sales Hunting mindset to actively seek and engage potential members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
