  • Contact potential suppliers through cooperation with supply chain department  to ensure the availability of suitable registration documents, and their willingness to support us in product registration for each country respectively
  • Follow up the whole process with the supplier to finalize the registration documents after checking them thoroughly and then sending them to the country of distribution along with needed samples
  • Follow up closely with Jubaili Agrotec-Africa each stage of the product registration after submission to the related authority
  • Make sure to maintain the registration number and share it with the supply chain department along with the expiry date
  • Work on renewals of product registration prior to expiry dates
  • Follow up the registration cost of each type of product in each country, and stay aware of any change
  • Prepare registration reports for each line of products for registered products, products under registration, and products under preparation and keep them up to date
  • Coordinate with the technical, sales, and design department to finalize the label and the brand name of the product
  • Coordinate with logistics department of Jubaili Agrotec- Africa to register the trademarks and industrial designs of products
  • Working on Laserfiche system
