About the job:
We are searching for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, focusing on delivering a remarkable experience to homeowners(local or abroad), real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the home inspection industry. Your primary goal will be to foster positive relationships, boost sales, and ensure that our clients have the best possible experience when working with Chomie.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Engage with customers:
-Reach out to potential clients, including homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers, in a friendly and professional manner.
-Build rapport and trust with customers: address their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
-Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and inviting experience that sets the tone for their interaction Chomie
2) Enhance Sales
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our home inspection services and additional offerings, nurturing leads and converting them into satisfied customers.
3) Communicate Effectively

4) Collaborate with Team

Keep Records:
-Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
-Generate reports to assess customer satisfaction and service quality, making recommendations for improvements.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, communication, or sales-related roles.
Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
A positive attitude, commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs
