Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining computer literacy.

Qualifications

- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office and experience with call center technology
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

This role offers hourly pay and a flexible schedule to accommodate varying availability
