Repair any machine that has stopped working or has a problem in a timely and efficient manner.
- Checking the oil, meter, water, and cleanliness of the generator radiator and air pressure machines
- Be present in the morning and during the day, especially after lunch, in the production department to ensure that all machines are working properly.
- Lubricate the machines and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the continued operation of the machines
- Performing mechanical and electrical repairs and replacing parts that show a defect
- Ensure conformity of production lines before starting up and during production.
- Execute new production and maintenance projects.
- Train new employees on mixing, filling and labelling machines and conduct refreshments when needed.
- Check conveyors to match product size before starting the production.
- Assist labelling operator to fix machine and conveyor if needed.
- Make necessary modifications and additional alteration to machinery as required
