Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the healthcare industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
  2. Promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  4. Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Biomedical, Pharmasict, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  2. Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  6. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical products.
  7. Self-motivated and target-driven.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficient in MS Office.
  10. Fluent in English and Arabic.
