General Duties & Requirements
• Adheres to the code of conduct and approved company policies.
• Adheres to the work procedures and mechanisms related to his job.
• Proposes suggestions that help in developing and improving work procedures and mechanisms.
• Archives documents and files in a coordinated manner through classification, coding, indexing, and easy retrieval when needed.
• Carries out the tasks assigned by his direct supervisor within the scope of his work and specialization.

Detailed Tasks & Duties

• Administrative and Financial Management

• Suggest Ideas which should enable the branch’s performance and report it to the Operation Manager
• Prepare monthly report on the work activity and team performance and submit it to his direct manager
• Verifies and reconciles the cash box at the branch according to business needs.
• Receives daily payments and money from drivers according within the same day.
• Follows up on the organization of cash and sends it through approved companies (Al Qard Al Hasan, Whish Money, OMT), and ensures its conformity with the cash box.
• Implements occupational safety systems at the branch.
• Works to improve employee performance.
• Ensures that lines are operating correctly and according to designated schedules daily.
• Ensures that there is no shortage of staff on any work line.
• Adhere by the company’s regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with the customer service team and assist in solving the incidents within 2h.
• Apply all the tasks related to them by the management
• Delivers orders when needed.
• Enter Data to the system and update it when needed in case Data entry employee is not available


• Team Leadership:
• Develops a training program for the team to enhance their work efficiency and provides guidance to enable them to work properly and effectively.
• Monitors the work of employees in terms of their compliance with the approved systems and procedures in their work.
• Submits proposals for commendations and punishments for employees in accordance with approved mechanisms.
• Reviews monthly attendance cards for the team and submits them to the relevant parties.
• Holds weekly group and individual sessions with the team and submits minutes when necessary to operation manager.
• Evaluates the performance of subordinates according to the evaluation system and submits the required training needs to improve their performance.
• Delivers orders when needed.

• Distribution of Orders to Drivers: (In case the assistant branch manager is absent)
• Distribution of Orders to Drivers:
• Assigns orders to drivers according to their areas and creation date in case warehouse keeper is not available.
• Ensures that there are no old orders on the stands after assigning them to the driver and before delivering the orders in case warehouse keeper is not available.
• Requests that the driver counts the orders and verifies that they match the number on the manifest.
• Requests that the driver sign the receipt form and write the number of orders received and the DEL number.
• Receive from the drivers the canceled and returned orders and confirm the reasons
• Support the drivers while on the road when needed
• Carry on the tasks of the Assistant Branch Manager if not available

• Distribution of Orders to the Branches
• Supervise the preparation and assigns all the orders related to the specific branch(s) in coordination with the warehouse keeper (if available)
• Supervises the onboarding of the orders safely by the receiving drivers
• Follows up and coordinates the delivery process with the related driver(s)
• Confirms that the number of the orders dispatched is identical to the transfer
• Gets the driver(s) signature on the transfer document and asks him to mention the transfer’s number and the orders number
• Make sure that the orders are being send on time
• Coordinate with the customer service team when needed
• Receives the orders and the returns from the branches

• Ensure The Company’s Vehicles Readiness:
• Personally checking the oil and water levels of the company's cars at least once a week, and filling out the designated form with the driver's signature.
• Communicating with the maintenance manager in case of any problems or malfunctions.

• Conduct The Warehouse Inventory:
• Conducts an inventory of the warehouse at least twice a week, with the inventory days being determined in coordination with the operation manager and the inventory manager.
