Location: UK & Lebanon (Hybrid - Inhouse and Remote Work)
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist & Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and possess expertise in social media management, specifically on LinkedIn and Instagram. Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics and designs for social media platforms, marketing materials, and website content
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Manage day-to-day activities on LinkedIn and Instagram, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and analytics tracking
- Collaborate closely with the marketing consultant and co-founders to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Assist with other marketing and design tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a workplace setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
- Strong background in using various Adobe platforms
- Experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
