In addition to the rental of the space, you will also have access to our receptionist services, showers, and lockers, providing convenience and a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

Option 2: Percentage-Based Arrangement - Alternatively, we can work on a percentage basis. This means that instead of renting the space outright, we can establish a revenue-sharing model or a commission-based arrangement.
