Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze and understand the market trend and market segment at which the brand product is aimed.
•Analyze Like for Like performance in order to have the right data for orders.
•Select shop orders in a correct manner specially during occasions, seeking to increase sales.
•Make consecutive price studies with competitors in order to evaluate the brand positioning.
•Communicate on weekly basis with the store managers in order to control product performance.
•Assure highest sell out before the sales starts in order to maintain healthy margin.
•Visit and inspect stores in order to ensure proper functioning of the operations, correct prices and display of the merchandise.
•Use the brand manager checklist that covers all information and discuss with the manager sales figures, store display, headcount and inventory.
•Manage the merchandisers team visits according to the store needs.
•Assure that the stores are using all messages from headquarters.
•Plan and organize events, promotions, and sales of the brand in coordination with the marketing department and suppliers in order to maximize sales.
•Coordinate with the Brand Manager in order to set the budget of the season and verify that standards for sales, rotation and loss are established.
•Proactively put action plans when targets are not reached.
•Train, motivate and evaluate the team to ensure that stores have the necessary skills base, and is motivated to maximize their potential contribution to the company.
•Follow up on new store openings and renovations in
•coordination with the operations department, suppliers, logistics department and HR department in order to have a smooth procedure.
Maintain proper communication line with the supplier, send feedbacks on a monthly basis.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
•2 years of experience in brand management or related roles.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
