Job Title: Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Location: Beirut, Lebanon (Hybrid)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our executive leadership and enhancing our organizational effectiveness by facilitating smooth and efficient business operations.

Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in all aspects of the business. Your role will be diverse, with a significant focus on supporting our Executive Chairman and CEO. You will play a crucial role in setting the cultural tone and ensuring cross-functional collaboration among various departments, including supply chain, clinical operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing offsite events.
Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential files.
Expense Management: Oversee the submission and reconciliation of expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial handling.
Cultural and Functional Integration: Facilitate communication and workflows across different functions, helping to foster a cohesive corporate culture that aligns with our strategic goals.
Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, both onsite and offsite, to promote team building and corporate visibility.
Hybrid Work Coordination: Efficiently manage the logistics of a hybrid working environment, ensuring seamless operations between office and remote settings.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: While we are open to candidates with limited experience who display a strong work ethic and learning attitude, we ideally seek applicants with significant experience in an executive support role. Self-starters who can operate independently will find this role rewarding.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in using office management software and tools is essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours as needed, with compensation provided for any overtime.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our office in Solidere, Beirut, with the flexibility of working from home part of the time. Some out of hours work will be required, and appropriate compensation will be provided.
