Pre Sales Specialist - Automation

1-prepare proposals (Arabic and English) in response to customer RFP or tender bid in coordination with respective region’s sales manager and as per the directions of the OA division manager.
2-Internal follow-up with finance and logistics/Warehouse for smooth item deliveries to the customer as per approved sales order.
3- follow-up on corporate customer supplier portals as a vendor to supply OA product range and solutions.
4-Record keeping of sales-related documents.
5-Generating on-demand reports and keeping track of maintenance contract expiry dates and informing respective region’s sales team to take contract renewal action accordingly.


3-5 years of experience in Pre Sales experience in the Automation industry Excellent written and spoken communication in EnglishStrong communication, presentation skills, and time management skills.Ability to engage with Customers and Account Managers in workshops and draw out technical requirements.
