Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Helal & Partners Law Firm. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing various clerical tasks. Your strong communication skills will be vital in liaising with clients, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and appointments in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in diary management and coordinating schedules
  • Proficient in various clerical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
