HR cum Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (employee ticketing) for staff members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  • Payroll administration, entry/exit formalities, attendance & leave processing as per UAE Labor Law.
  • Maintaining and updating Employee records.
  • Handling recruitment, on boarding, orientations and employee joining formalities.
  • Application & renewal of individual & group medical insurances, workmen compensations and visa, renewals.
  • To handle disciplinary actions including warnings & terminations.
  • Management of employee-employer relations, staff trainings & appraisals
