Job Description: Property Consultant (Off-Plan and Secondary) in Dubai

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Property Consultants to join our team specializing in both off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients interested in off-plan and secondary properties.

Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

Advising clients on property investments, market trends, and financial considerations.

Managing property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.

Developing strong relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.

Keeping up-to-date with real estate regulations and market conditions.

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
