Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Engineer specializing in HVAC systems, particularly Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC, to join our team in the UAE. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our HVAC systems, with a focus on Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC. Your expertise in HVAC systems and your commitment to delivering excellent service will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and service Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and timely solutions to minimize downtime.

- Conduct system performance tests and measurements to verify compliance with specifications and standards.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.

- Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and spare parts usage.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to HVAC systems.

- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer concerns.

- Provide technical training and support to customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement.

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer in the field of HVAC, with a focus on Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC.

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including Precision Cooling Units/CCU/CRAC.

- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
