Property Consultant / Relationship Managers - Real Estate Sales

Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working in a target-driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity for direct sales.

Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.


Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour…etc) professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.


Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.


Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)


Requirements:


The incumbent must have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 1+ years of solid experience in the UAE Property Sector (Real estate developer/ brokerage firm).

Having a good network/database of investors

Added advantages would be for RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified and/or UAE driving license along with a car.

Well presentable and well groomed.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate investments and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Coordinate property viewings and inspections for clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Handle paperwork and legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
