• Develop creative ideas for existing programs, including ideas for activating commercial assets to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction
• Work with development managers on creating concept designs for future projects and investments
• Work closely with design consultants and engineering teams to update/improve concept designs for existing programs and develop new ones for future developments

Roles & responsibilities

• Develop and manage concept design for our client's self-developed projects
• Work closely with development managers to make changes to approved concept design based on market intelligence
• Ensure that concept designs are aligned with our client's strategic goals and maximize revenue-generation potential for developed assets
• Develop creative ideas for the activation of commercial assets
• Liaise with Asset Management and Sales, Leasing, and Marketing to identify optimal asset and tenant mix and reflect them in the concept design
• Conduct infrastructure assessment and coordinate with relevant organizations to obtain required permits and approvals for access to basic infrastructure (water, electricity, etc.) prior to land acquisition
• Appraise RFP documents and construction methods and approve design submittals
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

Skills

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3+ in large multi-class real estate portfolio, preferably with presence/exposure to Asia and Africa
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment
• Demonstrated ability in developing creative ideas for projects
• Excellent design and marketing capabilities, previous experience working with design consultants and architects
• Working knowledge of city management/real estate operations
• Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Masters or MBA preferred
• Interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of real estate value chain
• Ability to conceptualize a project idea and innovate
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including development and project managers
• Knowledge of region's real estate market and trends
