Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the pharmacy or healthcare sector. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence constituents.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, including retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or pharmacy software providers. 2.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to promote pharmacy products or services. 3.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the pharmacy sector. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging. 4.Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Manage the pharmacy brand's reputation and identity. 5.Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and press releases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. 7.Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical suppliers, and industry associations, to explore partnership opportunities and expand market reach. 8.Plan and coordinate pharmacy industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products or services and network with industry professionals. 9.Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
