Skills

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and schedules.
  6. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and booking software.
