Collection Agent - Front End

Key Accountabilities

  • Received customer inbound calls related to collection activities.
  • Attend to customer enquiries relating to collection activities and authorities.
  • Ensuring service level targets are met on daily basis.
  • Early identification of problem cases and initiate subsequent measurement to ensure timely collection.
  • Follow up No Salary cases to ensure obligation paid by customer.
  • Follow up notification from employer regarding customer job termination, including ensuring End of Service received by bank, performed necessary action once End Of Service benefit received including settle the obligation and closed all debt
  • Maintain all communication with customer well recorded for future collection activities.
  • Raise request for legal case if needed to secure customer obligation.
  • Arrange to block defaulters and guarantors accounts to recover past dues
  • Help in early identifications of skips and remedial action and perform early tracing activities.
  • Filing of Insurance claims in case of Death & Loss of employment as appropriate.
  • Blocking of the accounts in case of No Salary transfer/Loss of employment.
  • Providing timely feedback on any company performance to restrict the companies and avoid any further loss to the bank.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (Bachelor of Commerce)
  • Training certificate in related field
  • 1-2-year diploma in required field

Required Experience

  • Arabic language (Preferred)
  • English language
  • 1 - 3 years in related field
