• Our ideal candidate should have 4-5 years in designing and executing marketing strategies catering to real estate.
• Kindly note that Real Estate experience is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create monthly calendars for engaging posts with an enticing Instagram feed for branding
• Running and optimizing social media and Google Adwords Campaigns for the best PPC and CPC results
• Formulate, organise, and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
• Overseeing the entire website & SEO activities with the team
• Overseeing all photography & videography content creation with the team
• Handling offline marketing activities (signboards, business cards, flags etc)
• Email & SMS Campaigns to drive in more leads on the application
• Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator + InDesign) for all marketing use
• Overseeing the work of admin marketing support
• Monitoring the incoming calls, quality of leads and follow up
• Participates in the recruitment process for the Marketing department.
