S&P Real Estate is seeking skilled Property Consultants to bolster our Secondary Market team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer comprehensive guidance to clients (sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants) involved in marketing, purchasing, or leasing properties in Dubai.

Develop property listings for sales and leases.

Implement strategic promotional tactics including advertisements, open houses, and property platform listings to showcase properties.

Engage in negotiations, advising clients on market dynamics, pricing, mortgages, and legal requisites.

Thoroughly assess purchase and leasing contracts to ensure adherence to specified terms.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.

Proven track record of successful sales.

Sound understanding of the local property market.

Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is advantageous.
