Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Travel Planning:

• Assist clients in planning their trips, including selecting destinations, accommodations,

transportation, and activities.

• Research and recommend travel options based on clients' requirements and budget constraints.

3 .Booking:

• Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents.

4. Knowledge of Destinations:

• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
• Offer insights and recommendations to clients based on personal travel experiences or research.
