Business Analyst HR process – 6 month contract – immediate start
For our client, an international real estate business specializing in urban development we are looking for an experienced Business analyst who will be the link-pin between HR process and Sap Success Factors. This is a pivotal role in the smooth delivery of SAP Success Factors project
Responsibilities
- You will assist in in designing, delivering, and maintaining modules across all the groups businesses.
- Providing support to global SuccessFactors users, and actively participating in projects and initiatives aimed at process efficiency.
- Serve as the liaison during process transformation, ensuring smooth communication between internal resources and the implementation partner.
- Be responsible for quality assurance and skill development,
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, whilst maintaining a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Fully participate in projects to aid the development of process and procedures
- Be responsible for QA on functional configuration and for developing internal Success Factors configuration skills.
- Liaise with business stakeholders on improvements manage enhancements.
- Develop HR data and process models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting HR process improvement and automation.
Skills
To be successful in the role you will be;
- Immediately available to work on a contract basis, for at least 6 months
- Customer focused and service-oriented with the ability to promote and manage customer expectations whilst executing and managing internal delivery processes.
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies and concepts, especially with HR related software (SAP – SuccessFactors)
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong technical competencies
- Strong analytical skills,
- Be a people process thought leader
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies and concepts, especially with HR related software (ideally SAP – SuccessFactors)
- Proven experience in HR business process thought leadership, reporting and analysis.
