App Specialist SAP - Auto Aftersales- Automotive

Overview of the role

App Specialist SAP - Auto Aftersales role works as part of the application team, responsible for implementing, configuring and support SAP Auto After Sales solution and collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional team to deliver solution which meets business requirements

What you will do

•   Provide support for SAP related issues

•   Develops and maintains Functional documentation for solution modifications.

•   Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Security Standards and strengthen internal controls

•   Participate in unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

•   Collaborate with cross-functional team and technical teams to deliver the solution.

•   Configure SAP module as per design specifications which meets business requirement. 

Skills

Required Skills to be successful

•   Strong communication skills 

•   Experience on SAP application (basic understanding of enterprise systems, business process, development, testing and delivery of Automotive application, and SAP concepts)

•   Analysis troubleshooting skills

•   Knowledge of SAP MM is plus.

•   Technical trouble shot, Root cause analysis.

•   Develops and maintains documentation for Technical solution modification.

What equips you for the role

•  Bachelors degree in IT with minimum one year of experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Automotive process.
