The role is with a USD 500 million Dubai HQed company with global operations - client of AXIA Global Talent Solutions

• Work closely with CEO/ Director to understand various requirements for PR & Communication.

• Identify, maintain and innovate communication channels to communicate Company’s brand and marketing concepts

• Oversee maintenance of Group website and its various sections, marketing brochures, e-mail alerts, greetings, presentations, elevator pitch, customized presentation templates.

• Decide on the relevant agencies for PR & communication execution, proper briefing of the agency and appropriate evaluation of the resulting communication deliverable

• Supporting functional heads in creating relevant presentations, corporate dockets/ portfolio as per business requirements.

• Oversee all corporate public relations including controlled news announcements, press releases, crisis communication

• Ensuring Online Reputation Management of the company and key personnel through external agencies. Monitor the press clippings and provide rejoinders to adverse articles about thin the press in confirmation with the senior management view.

• Identify key media entities and liaises with 'key media representatives' to establish communication story

• Create and control corporate communication material and collateral / brochures, presentation templates, corporate briefs etc.

Skills

• The ability to respond quickly and effectively to crises and negative publicity, developing and implementing crisis communication plans as needed.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive and integrated public relations plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance reputation and brand image.
• Excellent presentation skills to deliver compelling speeches and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to establish a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and accountability.
