We are seeking an experienced and creative Bakery Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong background in pastry and bread-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the daily production of a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Develop new recipes and create innovative baked goods that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure that all bakery items are prepared and presented according to company standards and food safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality production and customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and promote bakery products and services.
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
