Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to our team members as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
