Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs with the Training Manager
- Plan and schedule daily & weekly training programs
- Cover UAE retail stores, engaging with retailers
- Develop in-store training activities
- Collaborate across departments for relevant training needs
- Create/orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain training materials and equipment
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven training experience
- Track record in designing and executing successful programs
- Familiarity with various training methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in writing reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
