Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport employees and goods to various destinations, including offices, client meetings, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and perform courier tasks, including the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist in purchasing supplies, equipment, or materials required by the company. This may involve visiting suppliers or stores.
  • Monitor and coordinate shipments at ports and other logistical hubs. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, liaising with shipping partners and customs as necessary.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure the company's vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist with other tasks as required, such as office errands, administrative support, or ad-hoc projects.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
